“And before you know it, Christmas is here” – it sure happened again this year: Feels like we just started our seedlings in the greenhouse, but the year went by fast. We sure enjoyed it. Last year around this time we were already in the greenhouse, chatting over some Stollen and hot Apple Cider – with a solid snow cover outside. This winter sure has a mild start and it looks greener than we could ever imagine. We’re still picking salad greens, some cauliflower and broccoli are still growing outside. Fields are covered with rotted manure and straw, a new berm is in the making in the orchard. But see for yourself.
